After thirteen years consulting in business systems and process improvement, I decided on a career change and created Unreal Project. I was driven by not wanting to stay the same after Covid, the thrill of the unknown, and my passion to inspire and move something forward. Something that I believe in.
I have learnt to navigate uncertainty, analyse ambiguity, and process complexities to distill next logical steps and bigger picture thinking. More importantly, I have learnt how to work with people. From junior team members to senior executives, I have had to build new relationships and establish trust repeatedly. My strength is my ability to question, create and communicate in an authentic and insightful way. I am excited to have new conversations (or a coffee š) on the potential to work together.
